Rear projection has for many years been mistaken for difficult, tedious, aggravating, inferior to front projection, expensive, and mostly misunderstood – to be frank.

Having the projector behind the screen and allowing the light path to continue traveling in the direction of the viewer is optimal for extraordinary projection quality.

Rear projection is in fact simple and many times the perfect fit for a demanding environment.  Sure it’s not for everything.   But the question you should ask yourself is this – when is it the right solution for me, my client and or project?

Education is a powerful tool if acted upon with passion!  To their deficit the AV community is under utilizing the powerful medium of rear projection due to years of pre-conceived, hypothetical and partially understood truths of the benefits of such. The problem with this extraordinary concept has not been the concept itself but the same materials used in a reverse manor. Technology and lots of it is being poured into each and every Screen Solutions product.   Gone are the days of chalk coated fabric. With a world demanding more from everything including projection, rear projection is a powerful response to those looking for the exceptional.

Every day you are presented with opportunities to accept or reject knowledge that is trying to impregnate you once again with inspiration and innovation.  Yet for lack of foresight we shrug it off with a chip on our shoulder as if we were above that which we don’t know.

Failure to educate is not just a problem with the youth of the world but more importantly those that our youth are being inspired by US.
